Machine Learning With Bays Theorem

Naive bays classifiers is one of the fundamental algaritms of machine learning. It's used in most introductory machine learning text books and all these things. So why didn't andrew ing cover the naive bas i actually found a video by andrew ing on yw tube when i was trying to learn naive bas later,. He took it out at some point. I think that he didn't want to bog down newcomers to machine learning with statistics. To understand bay's theorem, you have to understand conditional probability. And stats is hard stuff, my friends. So it's important. But i have a hunch that andrew ing decided they'll get to that later.
