The Family Style of Workplace Culture
i feel like another thing about the family style where culture is it can devely be a huge double edged sword. I don't want to work at a company where all the crkers that i work with i would never hang out with outside of work hours. But at the same time, that just means you have longer work hours. It feels more fun than if you were working with people who you knew didn't like, give a shit you. We haden't the same goal. We're all trying to push the company forward.
