Rebooting an Author Career?

Last year, we talked about rebooting an author career. What has changed in the last year? And what are you doing now? I think traditional publishers have really muscled in on a lot of things that india authors have been doing for years. The privacy rules on platform s like facebook and twitter and even google and things like that. So there's definitely a lot more to do!
