The Importance of Recording Information

We are absolutely forbidden to record anything now. Anything that's recorded, for example, could be subpoenaed in a court of law. And so anything recorded can be subpoenaed. The only thing that I record is an intake form where I have people give me their personal details and explain to me. They will answer specific questions that I use to help me determine where the wounds are. Those get locked into a safe. Then at a certain point, I will assign them an alias and I will copy those forms and I will remove the original name and assign an alias so that their identity is protected.
