Smaller companies are more likely to be co-located and work together they have a more creative organization. I think as an organization scales it tends to be much more predictable the roadmap is more obvious with a longer time horizon. You're not really trying to get that spontaneous spark so there will not be one-size-fits-all solution for size of company. There'll be versions of that that emerge that haven't really been tried before at massive scale.
