Hilary: Ask the CEO or ask someone on the executive level it'll depend on the role you're interviewing for of course and I think even you know we didn't touch on this but what we were talking about how to know and still with a role and really assess for it. Stacy: Having an engineer that's curious about the business and cares about that that's a plus too is like there you're not just hung up on what the tech is they care about the business and want to understand that.
