The Importance of Storytelling in Career Interviews
For me storytelling has been part and parcel to being able to do the work that I do. Early on in my career it was about really authentic storytelling about even the gaps that I had had in my desire to learn. The questions that I ask at the end of an interview honestly are as important as the stories that I tell about myself during the interview so all those pieces are really important. When I transitioned from like a writing role to a marketing role is when I've been doing marketing my entire career, she says.
