Is There a Mind System?
One of the most influential new therapeutic models is what's called internal family systems. This is about working with all these different parts and unrecognizing that we are, we're a multiplicity, rather than an individual. The model they propose is based on the old, sort of, i think it's teravadin buddhism, ideas of the mind system.
