The Best Mascara for the New Year
This is no L'Oreal voluminous. It's basically just darkening and separating if that makes sense. This is like the only one these days that really isn't smudging. I curl my lashes first because that also gives it a little eye opener. And then sort of just set it with that and it's been working for me.
