Russia's Failure Is an End Career Enemy
Russia has shown itself shown that it is not a learning organization. They've been very very bogged down when these problems have presented themselves decisions go right the way back either to senior military leadership and often we think back to Moscow for Putin personally to say yay or nay so they've been really stymied by their own doctrine relying heavily on artillery that either isn't there or is not supplied or can't adjust to a new system. Ukraine's more readily accepted risk and backed their own people to like say season issues try things if you try you fail most often now in a system like Russia’s failure is is an end career ender you know maybe even a life ender
