The Lack of Empathy and Humanity in Medical Offices

Don't get me started at the lack of empathy and humanity. It's unfortunately some of the people working at front desk to medical offices. And it's someone who's overworked answering phones is re typing what I'm saying or reading something I wrote in handwriting. That's just that's my little pet peeve.
