So one of the backbone fundamentals of adlyrian psychology is that freedom, the definition of freedom, is having the courage to be disliked. I would add in being yoursel. Here's the irony. How many people have you ever heard say, i just want to be loved for who i am? That would be one. Whether it's in business, i just want to attrack my ideal client, or in a relationship, i just want to be loved or appreciated for who i am. Everybody, i believe, wants that. Here's the problem, you are not showing the world who you really are because you are scared to be rejected and ri ridiculed and critiqued, controlled and hated on. So until you remove that, you will show the world a false version of you or your brand or your business, and then you will at attract a false version of your ideal client, or whoever t is that you want to attract. So only when you have the courage to be yourself and be disliked and disowned and rejected and ridiculed and hated and trolled for it, only then are you free. And do you attract the things and the people you want in your life, only then. And to me, this was, it was like an exorcism of all the demons in me.
