The Probability of Randomness Shows That the Universe Is an Accident
If you want to actually do that calculation, you can calculate the first ten million digits of pie. Or you can assume that they're random, and suddenly it's a whole lot easier. There are ten digits ant zero to nine. They appear roughly equally often. And so the number of sevens is probably a tenth of the total number of digits.
