Assimilate a Teaching

The word assimilate is used often in reference to absorbing some teachings. Assimilate means make that teaching your own. We were reading in the gospel of sridama chrishna yesterday. He says, there is end to spiritual striving when it becomes natural. It's no longer a definition i learnt in a text book or heard from a vedanta teacher. I actually feel it. Our behavior is change because of our understanding.
