JavaScript to TypeScript Migration

I've done a few migrations, not of JavaScript to TypeScript, but of other systems. And what I found there is that oftentimes what we wind up doing is having the conversation about whether or not we even needed it as opposed to whether or notWe were going to convert it. So one thing I was trying to do literally in terms of TypeScript is that I'm trying to sensitize people to understand to have a good data study of JavaScript and understanding the relationship between the two.
