Is There a Recession Coming?

The job of defetis is extraordinarily difficult. The carea shock actually defed handled really well. It was a soft landing. And then the oil crisisof seventies was the exact opposite, an that it produced a very hard landing on employment shut up. My sense is that the current situation is probably somewhere in between. We definitely don't have a problem where markets and the economy have just gott used to fairly high levels of inflation,. Exacly, that makes me slightly more optimistic.
