The Importance of Having a Good Friend at Work
If you have a healthy work environment then it follows that maybe you will have, let's just say, a friend at work, right? And I don't know if having a best friend truly like is causative. Like we need healthy boundaries to make any relationship or organization functional and that's relationships that work as well as any other kind of relationship in the world.
