Will the Banks Face Challenges in Terms of Deposit Growth?

When the rate cycles hike cycle ceases and its rates are going down they are as quick in making sure that the deposit rates go down so which means we'd still be challenged for deposits. So I'm not saying that the deposit growth will be weak or it will be strong when the rates are like other policy rates start getting maybe cut but it will be very difficult to imagine a scenario where RBA is cutting a policy rate and the liquidity in the banking system is tight because then policy will not work. A rate cut cycle will be accompanied with improved liquidity for a better transmission which means the deposit rates could also come down.
