What Is the Difference Between Content Marketers and Writers?

Alex: My content marketing career growth was not anything outside of myself as a writer. But in terms of being an integral part of a business, if I wanted to explore demand gen product, CRO, whatever, I didn't know the first thing about any of that stuff. He says it comes down to like challenging yourself and then having leadership. "I am a marketing major that just like to write," he says.
