He found his niche selling real estate: "I sold 17 properties with 52 tenants in 2008 right into the Cali craze" Now they run Gobundance, a men's mastermind group that has over 1,000 members.

Real estate investors are a hard-working bunch. They put in long hours every day to create passive income and find financial freedom.
