Mindfulness Slash Meditation - Do You Know How to Do Box Breathing?
i constantly get on and off the mindfulness slash meditation train. Now now i'm mostly a doing the thing where iam i am going to go and relax. Relax means various things, maybe it's anap or meditating but who knows. And during my relaxy time, i am wearing this thing and trying to just bring my number of breaths down using a box. Have we talked about box breathing on here? Very, very, very briefly? I didn't know that.
