The Third Exercise Is Fear Spotting
We all need to feel powerful in multiple realms of our lives. And that is how we feel strong and confident. So this exercise is about disidentifying with that process. The next time you get something that you thought you wanted, i want you to look at the fearful reaction that pops up. I don't have to be so invested in what this means, but my computer is wanting till i re define and push back on this threat to the operating system. That's fear. That's like the fear you didn't already realize was inside your own ambivolence. For examplea let go of a relationship when they find somebody that is available and that triggers them immediately.
