How to Ferment Warm Beer
Quick logger is a way of fermenting beer that involves pitching yeast under your work. It's still written up and on the website but people aren't using it as much anymore. 59 percent of people in 2023 are going to go harvesting yeast all together meaning they're using fresh fresh yeast with each batch. This is up from 46 percent 13 percent difference in 2018 and i believe it was even higher or lower in 2015. We haven't been able to prove that fermenting under pressure has any impact perceptively whatsoever so that is for another episode though.
