Can Pulman Ar Base Dilators Reduce Right Ventricle Pressure?
There are about four agents that are typically used, nitric oxide, nitric glyscer and epopros. And i guess you could throw in five if you're going to cal oxygen, a pulmenar base of dilater. But i haven't found any real evidence that any one of these drugs is more effective than any other drug. I think, really this all just boils down to logistics. Nitro glycerine and melburnon are the quickest ones to get, aside from, of course, oxygen. It really is just logistic so far as i can determine.
