I think there is a lot of importance put on the disproportionate impacts on people of color because these are communities that have experienced deep disparities over long periods of time. But for me, one of the things that it's challenging to talk about and I'm curious Angela how you think about this. We become so entrenched within these identities, we reify these identities so much that we can't help but slip into, biologize ways of thinking about them. And we see that happening in terms of race, even by well meaning, anti-racist, non-white scientists as well.
