Push notifications on your phone are not supposed to be used for promotions for advertising whatever but they are used that way. keep the ad up there even when they've left our app they've left the app but the ad can stay exactly so I mean obviously the worst abuses of this people will uninstall the app, delete the app and complain about itwhatever.
