Azim: Why is it that we see mere effort as moral? Azim challenges us to think about how we view hard work and morality. In study after study, people attach moral worth to effort regardless of what that effort produces. Even though Jeff added no extra value, people saw him as virtuous for choosing to keep plugging away.
