In fitness, i was really in this mind set of, i will only do a work out if it's going to be a good workout. And many times when i mike, oh, i just can't do a good workout to day. So i'm not goig to do it at all. But if you can flip it and be willing to do a little experiment and to focus on showing up more often, it can change that question for you. It changed the question from should i go to day to when will I go to day? This has been so helpful, this concept that i experimented with. We do this so much in which is why i'm talking about this.
