Can You Vote for None of the Above?

Tom wanted his name to be at the bottom of the ballot for people who pick none of the above. It didn't really work in the 2021 Canadian federal elections. Rank choice voting is a wonderful thing that Britain turned down many years ago. We had a referendum on it and it overwhelmingly failed, which is deeply frustrating for us who like complicated voting systems.
