Investing in a Small Cap Company

i'm going to have to be on my game, because i've watched this thing trade over the last few years. Some one owns 60 % of the shares or more than that. There's not a lot of shares outstanding or not outstanding. And it is a very small cap company, so as soon as, like, demand goes up a little, ah, this thing can rock it. It also can drop a ton too, in one day. So whether it's the upside or the downside in terms of price, i'm just going to be keeping my eye on it.
