There must be some pretty major impediments, like whether they're internally cultural or a budgetary issue. As you start to build too many partners, how do you continue to add value to all of them ongoing? That's usually mitigated through a well thought out design partner program around milestones and benefits. Another issue which I see HubSpot leaning into now is channel bloke. They've got so many partners at a critical mass level around it that sometimes they're fighting against each other.
