How Do You Navigate Through That Transition?

i've been doing music since i was seven years old. And then as a youth pastor, i was already speaking every week. What i didn't know how to do was the money, the leadership. Those ththe learning curve areas that i really had to figure out pretty quickly. Never bought buildings before. I never paid a light bill for a church before. So we were poor. We were portable for seven years so, and we had the offices in the basement of my house. It kind of exploded really around year six or seven when we moved into our first permanent facility.
