100% of Puerto Rico was without power as a result of a category one storm that didn't even deliver a direct hit to the island. I have my own generator. But the real problem here in Puerto Rico wasn't the storm, it was the grid. It is the government. That is the problem. What we really need is true privatization. They have to sell off every aspect of that power grid to private companies in a real auction,. not some behind the scenes deal making where the outcome is rigged.
