The Benefits of a Comprehensive GTD System

Todd: Why would I want to have a comprehensive GTD system for a lot of people. He says the brain doesn't differentiate between work and home it'll wake you up in the middle of the night about work stuff or nag you all day at work about a personal matter. So if you don't have a trusted system that encompasses the comprehensiveness not only of life and work but all the different aspects inside of that, he says.
