A scholar of gentrification. It's figured in my work for 20 to 30 years, ave kind of withdrawn towards the kent coast before brekset. In a very short coast line of less than a hundred miles, you got a really kind of varied geography. And because of that variation, and because of its proximity to london, a lot of people with housing wealth in london have relocated there. So i talk in the book about places like e whitstable in particular, but also margate folkestone as well.
