Why Exercise Does Still Have Huge Benefits

Our body is very good at regulating the total amount of energy we're expending in any given day or on an average day over time. And so it must be then conserving energy elsewhere. Even for those who are really physically active, and in fact, even for a hot-seam or a moment, most of the calories burned every day are not burned on physical activity. So if you start a new exercise program tomorrow that won't kick in tomorrow, we can talk about that. People who are adapted to a physically active lifestyle, their bodies have adjusted to spend less on other things.
