Anes: I wanted to find a local case study to answer some of these questions. One of the reasons why i fond te queer charming thing really fascinating, because it just provided like a different model for how to be queer. In the west, queerness tente to be seen in a very disruptive, subversive lens. Ah, we're bucking the bionaryo, disrupting the binary, because of the history of oppression and resistance,. particularly on police um. And so though to be queer in that context, it's reallya kind of reconciling, mediating and uhealing, as opposed to, ah, it is a kind of disruption.
