The Power of Essence
Essence is a way of thinking and seeing the world that allows us to see reality. And it's really important because most of the time we fabricate, either depending on our propensity, we fabricate the world's coming to an end or we fabricate that is one that we can fix rather than being able to actually see. The purpose of essence is to defragment our way of seeing the world and see the heart. It comes through Sufi teachings and particularly one Armenian philosopher, Graziv took what he learned in Armenia and in the central parts of the ancient world.
