It's mostly from water damage buildings and water damage buildings can have endotoxins, biotoxins, and actinomyces. But essentially you will it'll trigger that immune response. So I've seen people with long covid. I think they're honestly suffering from SIRS. Their immune system is not able to now turn off that level of inflammation.
