The Downside of Activision's Merger Agreement

The Activision stock price is down 9% after the deal was approved. The company will have $10 billion in cash at end of July if Microsoft doesn't pull out prior to that time. If you put an EA multiple on it and you get as much as Jim what, four bucks and earnings, you get close to an $80. Not to mention they're taking in $3 billion in a breakup fee, most likely.
