The government's job is in extraordinary circumstances to act like a shock absorber and be able to ring fence problem areas. In this case, there was a problem around a bank that probably had wider tentacles than anyone would have guessed. And they had to stop that contagion. So, people along those lines could get paid payroll, can make their, you know, pay their bills.
