What Challenges Do You See in Education?

Education is still delivered in a way that was designed ready for the first industrial revolution. We must learn only how to learn, because we learn now will be totally absolute in five years. Let children choose what they want to learn, help them to learn curiosity and discover something which is difficult to understand. Have pushed them to work hard not for punishment, but for the joy of finding something new.
