How to Build Healthy Relationships

I've still got a body that doesn't look like it's 61 and can still lift and run and jump and do all those things so although if I want to turn myself into a 61 year old all I gotta do is just eat too much of any of the things I mentioned. We have to take responsibility for 100% of our 50% or the relationship can break down very quickly. If we're not present then it creates a huge deficit and it leads to communication problems and that leads to misunderstandings and conflict.
