Do you think deep down you always wanted to have a bit of status? I'm massively, yeah. It's very evident that looking back at all of the things I've chosen and me trying to get social validation in one way or another. That was pretty unconfident as a kid. So I figured that if I felt like people maybe wouldn't want me as a person, if they needed me, that was close enough. And that was the beginning of things starting to take off.

Today, we have the pleasure of welcoming my old friend Chris Williamson to our discussion. Chris is not only an entrepreneur but also a well-known YouTuber and host of the high regarded Modern Wisdom podcast. He has established himself as an important contributor to discussions surrounding self-improvement and fitness, owing to his critical thinking and innovative ideas on challenging health and social issues.
