How to Set Up a Disdiscretionary Trust

discretionary trusts, you can set up a trust. And ideally, it would be a grandparent that sets up the trust. You can put in to the trust up to £325,000 per grandparent. But if parents make trust for their children and income is paid two or four the children, it's still taxed on the parents. It really only works if parents make the trust. If you're looking at university fees, they once the children get past 18 are tax-free.
