The Importance of Self Control
Many men struggle with lust. It's not like a falsity. Lusting happens when you begin to fantasize or linger in that sexual fantasy about someone that is not your spouse. We just think unequivocally, you should have that self control no matter what she might be wearing and vice versa. Looking at a person and being like, wow, they're beautiful is not the same as lusting.
