What Are Your Thoughts on a VMT?
I think that states probably should just focus on registration, at least for the short term. The infrastructure that you would have to put in place for VMT is onerous. It would take a long time to implement that at scale. So I think it's an interesting question on how to balance the need for sort of plugging the hole in the seeking chip of our trust funds but also making sure that we're using this the right way.
