The Interconnectedness of Ethics in Daily Life

The way you're characterizing it resonates with my experience of reading Menchus. It takes me right to certain really sort of pragmatic aspects of pieces of pragmatism. This notion of circles of interconnectedness, that the further away you get in a very straightforward way, you're less connected in Menchus than you are. That's one of the ways in which he disagrees with the Mois of this sort of much more universal aspect of ethical obligation.
