The Threat to Europe From the Strategic Autonomy Debate

France and Germany are trying to attract FDI into both France and Germany. I think as a takeaway, we can see those countries probably compete more with Ireland for FDI. Irish policymakers need to be much more attuned to the consequences of the strategic autonomy debate in Europe. So what are the things that Ireland will do as part of contributing and building this big map of strategic autonomy across Europe?
