Interviewing is a full time job. It takes so many resources until you get to the right person that many times along the way, just like writing a marathon, you want to give up. If your gut-filling doesn't feel right about this person, should you trust it? So I am a very strong supportive of gut feelings. But there are some red lines. They're always gaps, right?
